NDM at the 2025 Fulbright Youth Summit

Niñas del Mañana was honored to take part recently at the 2025 Fulbright Association Pathways to Global Leadership Youth Summit, which this year took place at Florida International University.

The Youth Summit seeks to inspire and prepare underrepresented high school students to participate in international exchange opportunities and consider careers in international affairs.

Students had the opportunity to network, discover international exchange opportunities, learn about exchange challenges specific to people of color, and discuss how young people can tackle the major international challenges facing the United States.

NDM presented an interactive booth that introduced local students and educators to the NDM’s mission of empowering girls through education, mentorship, and leadership. 

Throughout the event, I spoke with attendees about the impact this program has had in other communities and shared why I’m passionate about expanding those opportunities. 

One of my main goals is to bring Niñas del Mañana to Miami, where I believe it can create meaningful change for Spanish-speaking girls who don’t always have access to supportive academic or personal development resources. Being part of the conference not only allowed me to raise awareness, but also helped me connect with people who can help move that vision forward.
