Our Founder
Jade Dennis is a Mexican American high school senior from Miami. She founded Niñas del Mañana to support girls in Tonatico, Mexico, her mother’s hometown.
For Jade, the connection to Tonatico is personal. Her family’s roots there inspired her to bring girls together with mentors who could help them explore their interests, develop business ideas, and put those ideas into practice.
Over two years, the program has brought together 43 young women across two cohorts. Working in teams, they have created products, built brands, made sales, and presented their businesses to entrepreneurs and community leaders.
Through Niñas del Mañana, Jade hopes more girls will have the chance to discover what they enjoy, learn from people they admire, and try something they might not have thought possible.
